We are a portal for online sales, so we do not have physical store with the public. But all doubts can be sent via email and will be answered as soon as possible. See our contact section for more information.

What are the differences from the products you offer to those sold in supermarkets ?

Flavor, aroma and pure natural properties. Our sustainable citrus are only collected when they have optimum flavor and maturation, so its natural properties are at peak levels, go from tree to your table, with no treatments after harvest. We grow aiming you enjoy the taste.

How can I order?

No orders by phone, email or fax are processed. All orders must be made through our website.

To do this through our Portal, you must register as a user, add the item you wish to "shopping" and validate the order through a form, where the General Conditions of sale are accepted.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can choose from the following options to make your payment:

How can I keep my products in good condition?

Once you receive the order, place them in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight.

Is there a minimum of kilos per order?

No, but the greater quantity, the better price per kilo or unit.

Can I receive periodic orders?

Yes, simply contact us and tell us the frequency of your orders.

What happens when the carrier arrives and there is no one at home?

It will leave a notice and try again. If this time does not coincide with one at home, we will leave a note with the phone number of the nearest agency where they will inform you when the delivery will be done again (probably the next day) or if vd. Alternatively you can pick it up personally in your closest transport agency office.

Can I order a product that is not available?

You can add it to your wishlist and we will notify you as soon as it is available.
