Our online store pays great attention to the information on the essential characteristics of products through detailed descriptions of their characteristics and properties, inserting photographs illustrating the products sold.

Prices

The sale prices listed on the site are in Euros. VAT is included in these prices. The shipping cost is included in the prices listed on each fruit the web both Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
The shipping service costs of seedlings are borne by the user and added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be notified of such costs before confirming the order and complete the hiring process.

Availability

It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock.

If the products are not in stock or are not in season, it should not be able to be purchased by the user.

If any of the products you order is not available, we will offer our available product(s) with most similar quality and/or price as a replacement product.

Shipping method and delivery

Products purchased on our website may be sent to most of the European territory.

The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time you made your purchase, to Peninsular Spain and Portugal with a 24h service, sending the same day if the order is made Monday to Wednesday before 12:00 pm, and for orders later than 12 pm we use to send the following working day.

To send an article it should indicate "In Stock" and/or "Available" when ordering.

The time between placing the order and the date of first delivery attempt by the carrier at the address specified in the order, will be allways orientative and in working days. You will be informed with the shipment data, delivery Company and shipping number to make the tracking in the shipping company website.

We make every effort to respect the transit days listed on the site. However, we are not responsible for the consequences due to a shipping delay or a packet loss caused by persons outside the contract of carriage, by you or them or for reasons unforeseen or insurmountable force majeure. Furthermore, the method of payment chosen may affect delivery. On the other hand, deliveries are also subject to non-holiday weekdays and local weather conditions (rainfall in particular): no wet fruit or plants shipping to avoid risk of rotting.

We advise you to ckeck that everything is OK with your order and the packaging is in good condition, then sign with reservations and indicate by hand in the delivery note of the carrier if you found any abnormality upon receipt. When you open the package, if you find that the items delivered do not conform to your order or are damaged, please take pictures and contact our Customer Service in the following 24h.

Incidents and Returns

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, approving the right of withdrawal it is not applicable to treat hiring perishable goods can deteriorate or expire rapidly.
