Shipping and Transportation

Products purchased on our Website may be sent to a large number of international destinations within the European Unión (EU), at the address correcltly indicated on the order form. To proceed to order an article, it must indicate that it is available at the time of order. Otherwise, the purchase of the product is not allowed.

Orders are processed once the total payment has been received by our company and the shipments are performed by leading companies in the sector.

All our fruit have the shipping cost to Peninsular Spain included in the prices listed on the web. On the other hand, the shipping cost of plants is not included in the final price and the seeds price include shipping to all EU. 

As son as you receive your order, please check the packaging and the content is in a good condition and corresponds to your order. If you detect any problems or anomalies, please write it in the delivery note that the carrier will provide you, and contact our Customer Service in the following 24h (Tel. +34 96 482 65 23 / info@citrusandlife.com).

We use to send the goods as soon as we receive the full payment. If you do not receive your goods within the specified period, please contact us so that we can contact the carrier as soon as possible, and locate your order. We will keep you informed of the scheduled date of receipt. In case of a delay or loss of the goods for reasons beyond our control, the company will not be responsible for the possible consequences, but will investigate these causes and find solutions.

*In case of absence of the recipient's order will be deposited in the office of the relevant transportation company ant they will make two more attempts and if unable to deliver the goods the customer must agree to its collection with the local office of the relevant carrier.

Spain (Peninsula) / Portugal

Products purchased on our Website may be sent to any municipality in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, and always at the address indicated on the order form.

The shipping cost of our fruit is included in the prices listed on the web (the final price including VAT). On the other hand, the shipping cost of plants is not included in the final price and the seeds price include shipping to all EU. 

The delivery of goods is usually within 24 hours (working days) after the full reception of payment.

       

          Ordering before 12:00 pm

  • It is harvested in the afternoon and delivered the next business day.

          Ordering, from 12:00 pm

  • They harvested the next business day and delivered one day later.

    *Portugal: It would be delivered one day later, and with 1€ suplement.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands

The cost of shipping to Balearic Islands will depend on the total kg and the means of transport which is to convey the goods to the customer. See the final price on the link of each variety.

Shipments are made Monday or Tuesday depending on the destination, to try to avoid the weekend when there is no delivery.

International Shipping / Europe EU

The price of transport of saplings appears at the end of the buying process and according to the quantity and the different areas.

International shipments are charged depending on the kg and shipping area. The approximate delivery of the goods are listed below:

Definition of zones for international shipments:

  • ZONE 1: GERMANY.
  • ZONE 2: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, HOLLAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, UK.
  • ZONE 3: DENMARK, HUNGARY, POLAND, CZECH REP. CZECH.
  • ZONE 4: BULGARIA, CROATIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, ESTONIA, FINLAND, GREECE, IRELAND, LATVIA, ROMANIA, SWEDEN.

*The destinations of Corsica, Sicily, Isle of Man and Channel Island, have a supplement of 15€ on the overall rate of the country, to be added to the amount of product on the order form.

*Customs formalities in origin included in the rate of countries outside the EU (on arrival rates and taxes included).

  • 3 days: FRANCE.
  • 4 days: GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, NETHERLANDS, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, UNITED KINGDOM.
  • 5 days: DENMARK, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, FINLAND, HUNGARY, SWEDEN.
  • 6 days: POLAND, IRELAND, ROMANIA.
  • 6 days: BULGARIA, ESTONIA, GREECE, LATVIA, LITHUANIA.
